Tutoring Sessions
- You may cancel a scheduled tutoring session up to 24 hours before the session’s start time. However, no refunds will be provided.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session or do not attend, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Course Enrollment
- Cancellations for course enrollment can be made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided, but you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a different course, subject to availability.
- Once the course has commenced, no cancellations or transfers will be allowed.

Subscription Plans
- Monthly and annual subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
